I like it. I would do the idea, but I'm already late ;)

Very admirable and a novel experiment, but it's not the greatest idea considering your body needs rest days. You especially need them if you're planning on doing any kind of high intensity strength training, which you should be doing. I know it's off topic but wearing 5 pound ankle weights is a bad idea. Your legs are already taking enough stress as it is, you don't need more weight to bear down on them. Also, your form is different when you're wearing weights and when you're not so it will eventually degrade your form.

Not trying to be a downer here, just giving you a little precautionary advice. I hope all goes well and I can't wait to see how this all goes. Good luck!

resting is pretty important you should definitely take some time for resting your body to avoid injury which would put you out for even longer! but The best part will be when you finish your 52nd vid and you look at the first vid and you'll see how much more you have improved! good luck!

I tried to do this for a month it did not end well, make sure you really do those just light balance low impact day even small jumps add up. Best of luck.
I shall not fear, fear is the mind killer the little death that precedes total obliteration

I will face my fear, I will let it pass over and through me and were it is gone, I will turn the inner eye and see its path, and only I will remain.

Nice work man! That was a great idea- Gives me something to think about.... Why not Parkour every day for a year starting in Feb? Or any month for that matter!

This could start a training phenomenon !!

And as for the rest days, it is good to do some sort of active recovery... As long as it's not too high of an impact  ;D Overtraining can lead to all kinds of unpleasantries... Like getting really sick or injured. You will definitely know if you over train  :-Sarcasm

And don't forget to eat lots of food  :-X

Best of luck and don't forget to keep us posted!

Day 31/Week5

Jan 31 2011    stayed home to work out again, I want to be completely healed before I go out to do any more high impact stuff. I was going to warm up by bare crawling around my pool again, but as soon as I started crawling my dogs got all excited and bombarded me. One of them had a ball in her mouth just begging me to play fetch, only you have to chase her down to get the ball again. This turned out to be a Great warm up ^^.  After that I wanted to work on some hand stands, which I sort of lost since my back got hurt.  Then I hit the weights again.

60 incline bench press lifts – 6set, 10 rep
180 sitting leg lift things..(?) – 6 sets of 30 (60 lbs.)
And some muscle ups just for form.

(going to do my abb workout in an hour)
………………………………………………………………………….
Goals for February

*do a back flip every day on flat ground.
*get back all the moves I may have lost with the back injury
-gainer, back 360, hand stands,
*smooth out kinks with All flips
-front, back, side, tunnel, cork screw, all 360’s [all from flat and from a height]

*learn one new move!
