Are these the only training times around the houston area? Would love to come but friendswood to downtown is a bit of a long drive, even on Saturday without all the workday traffic.

Do you and your group only go every now and then or are the Saturday runs pretty constant? And also, do you guys have any preference to age limit? Because me and my friend have been looking for some people to run with but can't find anybody but you, and I wouldn't want you guys to be weirded out by a couple of younger guys showing up.

No, anyone and everyone is welcome to come to training, and as far as I know they are pretty consistent, if you check out houston Parkour on facebook you can find some people there and get up to date times and everything for the training.

About that houston parkour facebook... either they don't accept new friend requests or they just don't log into it often. Had a friend request in to them for about a week and still showing friend request sent. I'm at the point in my conditioning that I feel safe enough to start working on the basics and someone to show me some pointers would be a ton better than sitting around trying to do things with no real gauge of what I need to fix for vaults and rolls and such. Gonna try to make the trip downtown this weekend.

K, check out lonestarparkour.com under pk contacts, you'll see some contact information for some of the most active guys as well as training times.

Hope that helps.
