dislocated shoulderblade

hye everyone, i have recently dislocated my shoulder blade doing a precision jump from wall to wall and slipped. my shoulderblade caught the corner of the wall and pulled up. what do i need to do to restrengthen it i know it easier to dislocate the second time

Ouch.  That sounds horrible.  Rest up and good luck!

I'm sure you already know it, but rest, ice, and anti-inflammatories should help.

You should see a physical therapist.  Without seeing you in person no one would be able to give an appropriate exercise prescription.  The shoulder is very complex, so many things that can go wrong with it, which makes it very hard to make appropriate recommendations over the internet.

ok so what about after it heals is there any exercises i can do to strengthin that overall area?

Talk to a physical therapist.

There are varyign degrees of dislocation and thus varying degrees of damage... etc. varying degrees of healing rates and messedup tissues. Get yourself evaluated by a professional
