Soaping and parkour

Anyone here ever try it? If I had money for Soap shoes I would try this in an instant, but as is I might make some crappy home made version to work with. I mean grinding while parkouring could add a whole new flavor to the sport. Since I haven't tried it I don't know if it would work well or not though. Opinions?
