The begining of my log i guess ill start updating this hopefully it keep me motivated lol
ok so basics
Male

236lbs
bout 5'9
some extra wieght
Im just starting out and plan on really hitting the girndstone this weekend for my first practice routines i also wieght lift and run at a local gym after work on the weekdays hopefully Parkour can help me loose the extra wieght and learn some neat tricks for down the line im going into police work or some sort of law enforcement related field im hoping parkour will be that little extra i might need some day and a good way to let loose, well thats it hope it starts workin out!

Okay so spent and hour n half at the gym mainly upper body and treadmill, did 1.45 miles in less than 14 mins if i remember right, and then proceeded to walk about four blocks for no reason at all lol, attempted a couple of jumps and balanced runs ended with my loosing a fight with a briar bush, needless to say learned a new lesson in parkour "watch were your going"
