Quadrupedal movement up and down stairs (facing down both ways).

Also, pushups, sometimes pullups?
Perhaps practice your handstands

I would do a lot of conditioning.

Check these links:

They might give you some good ideas.

Weight training alongside parkour always benefits, it never takes away.

Pushups, pullups, situps, weight lifting, ab work/excercises all could help.  And I agree with Jerrel about practicing handstands.

Since New York has been under two feet of snow since I became interested in parkour...it's been all strength training, stretching, conditioning work.
Age is just another obstacle. Get over it.

Practice body awareness...try doing QM around your house blindfolded with your shoes off. I like to focus a lot on the mental side of my movement in the winter, and enhance my senses as much as I can (especially touch and hearing!). Even walking a straight line with your eyes closed is fairly difficult and helps a lot with balance :)

if your lucky enough to have a gym with training mats, you can make great obstacles out of them
Never forget that even though you can jump, vault, flip, or hurdle an obstacle, you can still just walk around it.

I would note that you don't have to resort to, ahem, 'inferior' movements just because you're stuck inside. Most of my strength work takes place inside my house, with the use of rings.

Also, just because people seem to be recommending push-ups, you would want to be doing planche progressions instead - more beneficial, parkour wise.

Whenever i have to train inside, i use my garage, and it gives me a lot of space so if that is an option go for it and do whatever you want.

Had no idea what that was.

Even though some people on APK look down upon I'd say some weight lifting.
