Do you prefer wearing vibrams/barefoot, prefer wearing sneakers, or like a combination of both in your training?

Dear Andy..... Uhhhhhh, shes got it alllllll uh oh, sexeh from the head to the toes..... ;)

Ozzi... I can't fight the urge to sing this song every time I'm hanging out with a friend of mine. I'm not sure how she feels about it...I miss  hearing you sing it though, I just don't do it justice.

Dear Andy,

How are you feeling?

Sincerely,

Ryan Nicolai

Most of my training is shod, but whenever I'm home or in my apartment I like going barefoot. I don't think there is anything wrong with training with shoes only, as long as adequate attention is paid to proper technique.

My shoes have to be flexible, light, and thin. Right now I train primarily in New Balance 420s that are worn through almost to my socks. I love it.

I've never worn VFFs.

What do you think?
Dear Andy,

How are you feeling?

Sincerely,

Ryan Nicolai

I'm feeling well, though a bit tired. I've been short of sleep these past two nights because more time is spent on APK than school work. Ha.

Haha it would be a dream come true Ozzi, but I'm on a pretty tight budget at school here too, so it's not looking to promising. I believe I am vacationing in Hawaii this summer with my family though... ;)

Dear Andy,

Did you want to confirm that?

Sincerely,

Ryan Nicolai

I talked to my Mom, I won't be able to make it to NY. I'm sorry Ozzi. I'm trying to keep up with my sexability training.

Let's just say I've dressed up as one of the two options you reference every year for Halloween. It's tradition for me and Adam McC to run around his town interacting with kids and parents all evening. SO much fun.

Heeeck yes. Though they have some issues when it comes to vaults.

Ahh I see. Why not both at the same time? I do that all the time.

Next weekend I'm going to see Jordan in CT, Scott in NY, and David somewhere else in NY. The one after that I'm going to MD for the weekend, then it's Thanksgiving break. Maybe December? Haha
