Admin: Andy K.
question: What was the first parkour vault you ever learned?

Kong/Monkey/Catpass/SDC [whichever you want to call it] in my living room! I put a piece of plywood on our couch, covered it with a blanket, and vaulted away!

Thanks for the question, and lol @ the thread.

We've trained before. :)

Yes, it was necessary. It was her special day, so I had to fulfill my responsibility to contribute to its specialness.

I think I saw at one point that you (Andy) are A.D.A.P.T. level 1? Can you say a bit about how that went?
I stepped into a new world. I watched you fly, saw you as a friend, the spirit of dreams. I imagined a new world, lands far away and imagined those faces as you hung in their sky. I'm leaving ground, stepping into a new world.

Question for Mr. Andy: What was the first flip you conquered and how did you learn it (on grass, in a gym, ect)?

I am! It went really well. I can't say I learned anything in particular that I didn't already know from teaching before, but the spirit and mindset that I picked up from it was well worth it. It makes me feel good to have the backing of people I respect so much.

If you want to know anything more specific, ask away!

Question for Mr. Andy: What was the first flip you conquered and how did you learn it (on grass, in a gym, ect)?

First flip I learned was frontflips when I was way little on my trampoline. First flip on the ground was backflip. I learned it at open gym with the help of one of the coaches. Started in the pit, then Resi, than off a block, then flat ground.

Andrew, we take our sexability very serious.

Oh I'm definitely managing! As I type this I am waiting for a female photographer to come over for a photoshoot. She's going to try to capture sexability at its finest...

Dear Andy: what is your favorite color?

I like blue. Really, though, any color. I like color as a whole.

I'll be in Hamilton in two weeks to teach a seminar if all goes according to plan! I know it's not Rochester, but it's close. :)

Yes. I bet your new car can't handle me either. :P

I'm always interested in what people do for a living. Do you just get sponsored for Parkour and live in a luxurious mansion with tons of sports cars and hot babes all day :-Sarcasm? Or do you actually have a steady job working at a restaurant or something along those lines?
