Hello I am 12 I live in kent. MY friend is into parkour and got me into it, the promblem is that I only see him once a month. He has taught me the roll I almost have that down. He told me to excirsis and practice the roll. My excirsis is 10 rectangle push ups, 10 diamond push ups, 10 regular push ups, 20 stagered push ups, 25 leg raises, 25 crunches, the V, oblique work and I do some kind of arbic work or calf raises. I was wondering should I add something to my excirsis or get rid of some stuff? I was also wondering what should i do next when i have mastered the roll?

Thank you
