Well honestly, since there is no true dietary benefit to drinking soda, the less you consume the better. Just like brownies and potato chips, some things just aren't really good for you at all...

I'll respond to your question with a challenge. Don't drink any pop for a month, or as long as you can.
This year is my freshman year in college, and I'm currently a month and a half into my own 'pop-free' journey.

I'm not sure what brand your drinking, but try to go straight for fresh fruit when you can.

the brand is minute maid i didnt know it also depends on the brand but whats the best brand to drink

Honestly, brand isn't important. Nutrition matters. I find that juices have preservatives, sugars, etc. that are unnecessary when I can eat an orange that IMO tastes much better. It's up to each person though, just keep your intake to a moderate level and you'll be fine.
