Went to a new place today, which had a good amount of rails/gaps.

Worked on..

Rail precisions/vaults/etc. (Can precision four rails in one thing now.)
Front-hand spring. (my feet hit the ground, but then my ass soon follows.)

Still need to work on conquering some fear to hit some of these gaps. (Mostly kong-to-precision, or something similar.)

Did my first front flips outside that weren't at the beach.  These were onto grass.  The landing was nowhere near perfect, but a good start.  Also did a performance/demo at the gym I teach at before we trained outside.  The new parkour program was a hit, we got a lot of good comments from the crowd and the gymnastics instructors.  After our long post-demo training session, we grubbed  then saw "Thor."  As a certifiable Marvel geek, I can say it was awesome.  Can't wait for Cap.

Double post 'cause it's a whole new today today.

Active rest day.  Walked to the market, did some wall-spins, er tree-spins, on the way there.  Handstands at home and foam-rolling.

You're at tranquility like every day and you haven't found a good bar spot? Heh.

Today's training: Kash bombs, arabian 1and3s, and straddle toe-on front flip dismounts on high bar. @Empire Gymnastics Academy :-p

There was a jam today and we trained around the Harvard area. I attempted dash vaults today, I'm close to getting them. Also, I finally did a kong outside! It was a crappy one, but a kong nonetheless! Today was a day of accomplishments indeed! ;D

Three hours of training outside.  All kinds of stuff.  Cut my palm a bit on a failed 360 wallrun. :(  A couple people I've only seen train at the gym came outside with us today, which was awesome.  It's cool and inspiring to see the young kids working hard and think that by the time they're as old as me they'll have been training for 15+ years if they stick with it.

Practiced vertical and standing long jump, as well as trying out/reviewing a few different products that claim to improve jump height.  Basically runs tension bands from your ankles to your hips.

Probably post findings in Consumer Whores in a week or so after thorough testing.

one of my leg is out, gym closes for remodelling(great timing, lucky me :(, but there's more stuff coming in a few days, so eh), so i did few laps of fast walking on crutches, then i found a nice big staircase, and start doing some explosive push-ups upstair, QMs(more like Triple Movement lol), jumping drills on one leg. I ran out of water amazingly fast, had to go refill 5 times in 2 hours
Being on crutches suck, feel like you're in a box. Once im off them, im gonna go sprinting so hard. I miss my leg :'(

did a couple random fronts today at school while sitting out of weight training so my wrist can heal.

I broke two toes on my right foot yesterday. Today I played tennis, like a boss. My toes are still killing me.
Imma try and stay off my toes until they heal, so I'll be doing a ton of conditioning work.
Fecteau, you are the first person I will turn to when I break up with Micah, haha
;)
Fect, you get a gold star for the day.
