Knee Pain
« on: November 08, 2006, 08:06:36 PM »
I was doing gmnastics tonight which mainly consisted of back handspring arials and front tucks. Then when I got out of the car at my house i had a massive amount of pain in my knee when I tried to extend it to take a step. It really hurts when It's fully extended and when its fully contracted then when its somewhere in the middle it is just sore with on/off throbbing. I can walk on it but with a pretty bad limp and I cant fully straiten or contract it anymore and the range of pain is getting greater.

Im following R.I.C.E.

Any doctors in the house or anyone recognize what this is?

It is actually right behind my kneecap on the outer side of it to be sort of exact

It has been feeling alot better each day and I am gaining much more flexability (and I now have a reason to be lazy and sit on my ass  ;D)
