Considering the quality of posts on a lot of this place... who knows. We ARE posting in a "favorite move" thread after all.

And besides, I didn't think M2's new rules allowed for sarcasm.

Moves are irrelevant. Theres a new generation of kids out there that sees "kong>cat>top out>broad jump>precision>roll" and thinks "I want to DO that" instead of seeing a series of walls and gaps and thinking "How do I get through that."

I understand it's part of the process. Bruce Lee said first one must learn technique, then master technique, then ultimately abandon technique and just be. But there is a "trick list" mentality which is blatantly in the face of parkour culture.
Rely on yourself. Rely on your body. Rely on your training, instincts, and heart. Everything else is a crutch.

I have never imagined them very useful at all actually. In fact.... I dont
think I've ever seen a video with a horizontal wallrun...or even heard of anyone who does  ???
maybe just that one Tribe video. This is interesting......

This.

PLEASE be joking.

I am not joking. At all. Can't you see that I'm super duper sirius guyzz???
This post was based off of my personal gatherings. Enjoy:)

Trick lists mentality come due to the action sports genre wave that has smashed the shit out of America. You are a product of your environment. I myself have a trick list mentality, but I am a tricker so having that mentality is kinda needed. It has it's place, it's place just isn't parkour.
