hey all, I'm just letting everyone know that I just started a new domain (for free, actually)  called midwestparkour.com

check it out, give me some tips on what I should put on there please, I'm really not good with websites, so if you could provide me with some help, I'd be very grateful.

That's cool man, but kinda unnecessary at this point. I understand your enthusiasm but with APk and PKAero.net we have this region covered. I would suggest instead spending some time learning more about the disciplines (parkour.net parkour.com http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour), or if you want to contribute, write up an article on anything PK related and if we find it useful, we'll put it up on the APK site.
