Reread the Parkour Handbook, I didn't warm up enough, or bother to warm down... hence the unbelievable soreness. fortunately, I'm confident its not injury due to the fact that its located strictly in my quad region and seems very evenly distributed (fairly distributed pain), My shoulder on the other hand- that is wrecked.
Ironically, it was not my cruddier shoulder, but my good one. I'm sure its not a torn rotator cuff, its just bruised. (my first two monkey vaults were bails worthy of being named.)
I'll focus more on conditioning for the next few weeks, I guess.
