NDSU Bison
« on: October 26, 2006, 01:15:51 PM »
And North Dakota shall have freerunners!
The problem with doing Parkour in North Dakota is that it is so flippin' cold for much of the year.
However, here I am at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND, and I'm getting started in freerunning.  I've got a couple friends that are interested, so we may get a group together when it warms up in the spring (July).
Let me know if you live nearby.

I was in Bismarck over the 4th of July weekend.  My family and I were putzing around the state capitol grounds and I noticed that there are some seriously awesome spots to train there.  The front of the state library building was probably the most obvious spot.  If it weren't for the 8 hour drive to get there, I'd be tempted to visit more often.

Hey, I live in Fargo. I'm interested in training and I've got a buddy who inspired me to start, however, I really haven't done much, I mostly stick to my Kung-Fu training. So input from people who have been going on Parkour would be a huge benefit. Also, where is the best place to train...I'm lousy at rolling...  :-[
:) Even if you fall, because we all fall. Getting back up will make you :D

Hey Hey

I'm in Grand Forks area, but love to get a game of PK on; or just train with others. Hit me up with a date and time: atotallyradguy@hotmail.com ----goes to my phone so should reply in a good time.

Sherlock park and Sertoma's new playground are great spots! late night or early morning is best, but hit me up anyway.  ;)
