I'm 5' 9" and fall into the ectomorph category.

Definentaly agree with the OP. I find that Parkour and/or Freerunning is quite unique, in that every body type has something to offer to the discipline(s).

You're good at what you train for, your body shape adapts

At least that's how it worked for me (and many others, I'm sure)

My body type transformed completely as a result of my training. I've gone through several of those phases in my lifetime in accordance to how I trained
Life can be divided in two phases: Before the first time, and After the first time

I think I'm a mesomorph with a little lean towards ectomorph. Probably due to a lack of activity and low calorie intake of my younger years. I'm getting around the weight range that I would like to be in though. 6' 165 right now.

Endomorph here. My siblings call me "Tank" sometimes because when we mess around, my team almost always uses me to block stuff because I'm not very fast, but I can take punches and it's hard for them to knock me down. Or I can lumber my way through them, bowling them over. I don't know how I would apply that specifically to Parkour though...

When faced with the stress of a life-threatening engagement, we don't rise to the occasion, we descend to our level of training.

It's all about quick efficiency. Maybe barreling through a wooden fence would be more efficient and faster than vaulting it for you.
