BRR thats is in Dim Monks new video.
And Chris Rural training doesn't mean its not in a city.  Its just not Urban.  I hate it when people come fuse Rural training with nature training.  Two very different things.

Come to my hometown.  You'd see why I use the terms interchangeably.

However, I defer to the Moderator on this one.

where do you live, anyways?

A magical happy place where unicorns dance in the trees and a big rock candy mountain stands tall right across the valley.  Elephants roam in the alleyways, and there's a strong Lemur presence in an old tattoo shop on Main street.

Seriously, I'm not going that personal on the forums.  I live in NE Tennessee though, I'll say that.

welcome to the club... i live in a suburban/rural area
a big thing that helps is using your imagination
if you can, find a playground (use your imagination there)
if you have some woods near you, just run through them and using parkour moves, adapt to that environment and try to be as smooth as possible (again, use your imagination there)
got any other questions, please PM me, i'd love to think of ideas

trying hard to avoid debate above me

I live in a rural town in Indiana.  The spots are small and often very spread out.  With no real big movements.  The town is surrounded by corn and some wooded areas you can go from one to the other easily.  But they each take something different.  A rural town is a lot like a suburban one just with out all the money.

@Chris I know what you mean but because so many of the traceurs who live in these environments change up terms most people think rural means woods or boondocks.  Its gets kinda annoying when you say your going to make a series of rural videos and people go OH YOU MEAN LIKE IN THE WOODS THAT WOULD BE SWEET.  Then I have to tell them no like a single park bench.

I'm just teasing and I certainly don't mean to insinuate that all people from the country are fat and/or rednecks, but seriously, vaulting the obese in 2010.
