Eggs are awesome. Chicken is of course good.

Lettuce is pretty useless as a vegetable though.

May be a good idea to post everything you eat in a day into a food log like Fit Day... that way it keeps you accountable and if you have issues we can take a look.

So, I need to get rid of the lettuce?
I'll make a food log soon, I'm trying to get better food as it goes, since we don't have much in the house.

I actually changed COMPLETELY in like 2 days. Before then I rarely had veggies and my only fruits were bananas and whatever happened be lying around.  I didnt think of slowly doing it lol....  probably would have helped... in certain ways... So yes, whatever you do, don't do it in one or two days.

Lettuceis completely fine albeit it has very little nutrition value... you can do better though... brocolli, spinach, etc.

Eww on the brocolli and spinach, today I cut out all the snacks and tried to eat more healthy stuff.
I was craving for food today, we have nothing in our house that is that healthy..
