Shoe Insoles?
« on: October 12, 2006, 08:39:01 AM »
I was curious to hear of different traceurs preferences on the best insoles to put in your shoes.  I use dr. scholls sport gel insoles and they work really well for me, pretty good shock absorption and really comfortable, but I haven't tried anything else so I was hoping everyone could share their opinions on this thread.

I have Foot Levelers Elite XL Spinal Pelvic Stabilizers
(Dynamic Respons Systems and Gate Cycle System Extreme)
These were custom fitted by my Chiropractor - Rx - paid with medical plan.
I just took the original out and put these ones in.
They are leather top, bottom with various thicknesses and densities of foam between.
Otherwise, I wonder what it would feel like to be running while gellin'.

I'm not going to lie, it feels pretty darn good to be gellin'  It easily increased my comfortable drop range by several feet, and I can also train for a lot longer without experiencing any foot or ankle discomfort.

So you are gellin'.
Don't worry, I'm not tellin'.
But damn, my leather insoles really get to smellin'.
I wish they warned me what it was they were sellin'.
