pretty good i would say its deff better then mine. plus i dont have a vid so :P lol getting up the walls takes like 6 seconds for you just work on that. It will go a lot better.

Yeah... When I was doing the editing, it was really tough to line the muscle ups up with the song... such a pain.
I've been drilling those intensely though, so I should be better eventually.

When training precisions on stairs, do one less than your max and get it perfect 25 times. (If you mess up, start from 0. This could take all day, a week, a month.)

On kongs, take big strides. Bound into it. Use a split foot take-off.

More tips later ;)

Yeah... I have been working on my kongs a lot recently. They are kind of my weak spot. I'm trying to design and build a vault box I can put in my back yard so I can drill all of my vaults.

and it is more or less applicable. It has potential that someone more skilled could probably unlock.

Well you have spider climbs down, and well pretty much everything else has been touched on, I like the assisted hip over at 1:06. Looking foward to more videos from you :)

yeah i would really suggest working on vaults and flow, don't think i saw any bar work other than super-epic thing at 1:06. My strengths are the opposite of yours I've been doing parkour for like 14 or so months and my vaults are my strongest aspect, while my wall-runs and such are my weak aspects.

P.S. i love how parkour is spell-checked on american parkour website  :-Sarcasm

1. You run the wrong way. :) Never land on your heels (even if your shoes are padded).
2. Your precision jump could be cleaner. (not the landing, the jump).
3. Spider climbs! At least show us how you got down on the really high one. ;D

Very nice :) and the vid was somewhat funny too.

I loled so hard at the first drop/roll. Not to make fun of you, or any thing but that was pretty funny. Any ways the video was awesome for your first. I really liked the flip thing that you did on the bar.

Nice work, I think me and you are about same skill level, kinda inspirational to see someone around my level still having tons of fun.

1. I have always known I looked funny when running to a wall, but couldn't put my finger on it. I really hope thats it... I'll work on it. (THANK YOU)
2. I just started doing precisions a few weeks ago when I started ankle strengthening. I'm aware they're bad >.<
3. Play the video backwards. Thats how I got down. I always wish that window could open so I could just climb into that room, but it doesn't...
