I'm 14 right now, for us because we're not as matured through puberty like a lot of the older traceurs, we don't have as developed muscle. This makes now a good time to start. If you start training as you're growing you will become stronger, and you will have more experience as you grow old as you have started earlier.
Correct me if i'm wrong, just my opinion
Oh and before you get told by someone else. Parkour is a noun, not a verb, therefor you should say "what age should i start doing parkour"
Shut up and Train
Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you anywhere

I'm 35 and I started a year ago. There is no right age to start to get healthier and more awesome. Though the younger you are the better

I'm 14 and started just 6 months ago and parkour has gotten me into a lot other physical activities its a "gateway activity" u can start at any age if u look at the apk homepage theres a 7 or 8 year old boy who won a contest under the sports category by doing parkour

I started training when I was 13 or 14 and I've been hooked on it ever since. To me there is no ag limit. It's just all about not being afraid to try new things. So if it's something you like then keep training but if not then oh well at least you tried
