i dont know about all this but i do know that breakfast is important :)

Not really.

thats because when you work out before you eat its better :)

Depends, I can eat before I work out and be fine, but generally I prefer to work out on an empty stomach.  And it is after you work out that's important.

Breakfast is generally more important than any meal of the day...... for those who eat crappy diets.

If you're eating healthy (non processed food) then it's fine.

All of IF is like that. If you IF on crap you'll still feel like crap.

I don't understand how your recommendation is any better (aside from the raw milk suggestion...)

what about it becoming faster if you drink water first thing when you wake up?

I say whatever works best for you. I workout in the morning and I can't workout on a empty stomach like many people do. I need food and a little carbs along with some caffeine to get me through the workout. I don't eat a big breakfast, just enough to give me some energy and wake me up. If you skip breakfast, just make sure you eat enough throughout the day to meet your calorie, protein and carb values. If you do workout on a fasted state in the morning, I would follow it up with a meal or at least a protein shake.
