broken ankle blah blah blah
out for entire summer
goals updated, physique to be updated tomorrow. i'm only doing small upper body work to keep strength, lost a lot of left leg muscle and core strength, i will get these back when healed

two handed vaults over a rail... hand to land with only one leg, and could only do a few
wasnt able to run at the rail for momentum, i had to "jump" to get over it
felt good to do a little pk ;D

Past two weeks I've been working my upper body with handstand push ups, L-sits, and various dumbbell exercises
-Bicep curls
-Flat Chest Presses
-Lateral raises

Ok I'm now able to do a lot more, the bone is almost healed. I'm just lacking a LOT of muscle. Gotta take it slow to make sure I don't damage anything else. Also I've lost a lot of balance, I can only stand on my left foot for about 10 seconds before i lose my balance :-\

30 Climb ups (3x10)
1 Mile run (was balls cold, not cool coach :P)
3x 30 second L-sit
3x 1:00 planche
9 Handstand push ups (3x3)
2x3 one handed pull ups (both arms)

Been a while since I updated this bad boy...
haven't had a real training session since december
all the ice, snow, compacted schedule, and other shitty excuses got in my way :P
been doing a lot of conditioning though. hockey season ends on the 21st so I'll be getting back to my normal daily training routine.

Today was fun, I had my math finals and I was waiting for my ride/my friend to finish. So I had 2 hours to kill, went exploring behind my school and found a wall and a set of rails. Much fun was had. I also was helping a friend who was with me.
