Balls man... I'll have to get back into the working out side of things. Okay, let me sum up the last few months.

I was in a musical again. Just like the summer show, I was too tired every day to train. As soon as that ended, the very next week, dive team started up again, which I am on. I am getting a lot better at flips and such.

I have a new training partner who is really good at vaults and pretty bad at wallclimbs. I'm hoping we can balance each other out and become mega pro.

Also, I got obsessed with this game Minecraft and I wasted a bunch of time with that before it got cold out. I haven't trained in a long time, but I am staying relatively active. I want it to be warmer out though. I'm kind of beating myself up....

Going to get back into a bi-nightly workout routine is though, despite being exhausted from dive team.
Heck with drugs and alcohol. I get high off exercise. Feel those endorphins pump.
We all come from the same place, all trying to get to point B.

Watching American Ninja Warrior. I want an indoor gym so bad. Some of these guys have BEAUTIFUL places to train. I got a new pair of Nike Darts. They look soo good. Got a 1 year warranty on them, so I can feel free to train my hardest and wear out the soles, then get a new pair next year.

I want to go traaaiiin :(

added planches to my goals list. Going to start with frog stands.

I'm getting ack into training... sorta. Nightly pushups, ab work and flexibility workouts.

For my pushups, I'm going to do as many as I can in one set, count to 60 then do another set as high as I can go. I'll let you all know how that works out. I think I'll post those numbers once per week. I'll be mainly focussing on my lower abs since they aren't really there right now... just a bit of cosmetics =P

Also, I'm starting frog stands today. Working my way (slowly) to a planche.

I don't think I ever got around to doing that suicide mission... and between how lazy I am and how often I have been hanging out with people, I never even got around to doing the pushups thing.

New years resolution?
-do a planche
-learn to drive so I can go to Portland more often
-make a new video showing how much I improved.

What's yours, wolf?

I leave for SERE in 15 days, I guess my goal for the next year would be:
Stay alive.
Complete training at top of my class.

I guess that's really all I have at this point, can't afford to commit to anything else, have to stay focused.

Get out there. Work hard.
Return with honor. Better?

I understand what you're saying though. I've been known to say "Ugh today was so rough. I hurt all over. Isn't this great?"

Gah I need to get my lazybones working again.
Just finished drivers ed, so I get more free time. I AM joining the track team, not sure if that will end up helping or hurting me.

This summer will be great, though. I'll be able to drive, and I'll be able to get to Portland more often. Getting to the training grounds won't be nearly as much of a problem.

if someone reads this... please motivate me XD

Your arms must be the size of trees      O_____O      You're a tank.

anyway, track is starting, so I get to start pole vaulting, and doing high jump, and probably triple/long jump. Who knows? Either way, I'm not sure how much parkour I'll be able to squeeze into the coming weeks.

Already had 3 track practices and I am regretting every day this winter that I didn't do anything. Hint... that was every day.

My legs are super sore, but at least I am getting in better shape for the parkour season.

last friday was murder, literally 8 hours non stop pt, and we did ruck races, those suck. trying racing to get 6 jerry cans, a 500lbs tire,  a 200lbs sled and a huge log 100 yards with a 45lbs ruck, and you can't talk. busted my knee up a little to, that tends to happen after 4 days of no sleep and trying to ruck a 4 miler in under an hour. It's been a rough few weeks. trying to hook up with primal fitness here in San Antonio.

Glad you're getting crazy amounts of exercise. Makes me want to work a little harder.

Either way, I am looking at the track season as a precursor to the parkour season. I am doing pole vaulting, finally, along with sprinting, and as a bonus, trying some flips on the mats.

This year, I am going to work really hard on my vaulting, and hopefully put out a video some time in July-ish. Improvement is the name of my game.

Had my first track meet today.
I ran 27.22 in the 200 meter sprint... apparently that is pretty good
I also ran the 400m and the 4x100m relay.

In order listed, I placed 2nd, 1st and 3rd in my various heats.

I am working really hard to get in tip top shape for the summer. I started pole vaulting, but haven't gone to the pit yet. Still haven't started high jumps.

Looks like more sprint workouts for me...
