Backflip Help
« on: January 15, 2020, 03:44:16 PM »
Hi, I learned how to do a backflip on my trampoline about a week ago, and practiced until I could backflip with only a little bit of air. I worked my way from a back roll from my bed onto a mattress and then backflipped from my bed to my mattress. I am currently able to do a backflip on just one mattress, but I only landed feet only twice, and I usually land on my hands and feet. I feel like I cannot jump very high on my mattress because it feels too soft.

So here is my question:

Should I learn to backflip by flipping from the ground onto the mattress OR start on my mattress and flip on the mattress?

All tips are appreciated.  :)
