Yesterday's workout was light with plans of 8 hours of walking at the Renaisance Festival and yard work the day before.

2x4 pullup+20, dip+20, ohs 85, 90, t2b

I'm feeling like a bout of pullups and thrusters tomorrow.  Hoping for 3x14 sometime soon as well.  Still on target for 3x15 by Mar 25th.

Max pullups and same# OHS 65# repeated for 10 minutes - 14+5+5+3+2+3+2+2=36 each

Not too shabby, but I really thought I would start with 16; maybe next week.

Thanks for the compliment LeoNn. 

I find inspiration in all of the journals here and wish someday to be able to do half of what I read about.  After almost 10 months of training now, I feel that I am just starting to get fit and have a long way to go. 

I need to work more on vaults, handstands and muscleups for sure, but my pullups have improved quite nicely and I'm enjoying the rowing at the new gym now as well. 

As for the daily training, I have cut back to every other day and find that I am recuperating faster and setting new personal records more often now. 

I'm glad someone is reading this, but I wonder what others think of my crossfit training in general.
