Not feling so well the past couple days, hoping I'm almost over it now.

29-Nov   5x5 (OHSQ 50-70# by 5#, pullups and dips)            
   2x75# OHSQ PR - setups via power snatch            
   This is my new record for sets of 5 pullups also.            
   3x34 squats

400m 2:03, (Pullups, Dips, 55#OHS) x (6,4,3,3,3,2,3), 400m 2:33, total 27:30
also finished the 6x19 squats and pushups yesterday
still feeling like I am still recovering from a cold or something but better than yesterday, just not fully recovered.

Yesterday was yet another much needed rest day.

Today:  8x5 of Pullups - mostly singles and 65# Thrusters < 20:00

Feels like I pinched a nerve behind my upper left scapula again - from pulling my head back durring a balistic pullup - ouch!

Then had back adjusted by chiro, feeling much better but still some pain below neck on left.

Psshh. That's decreased volume overall which isn't going to help you build the endurance you need to get your reps up in multiple sets. You want to eventually increase volume in your exercises (kind of more along the lines of grease the groove). Something like this would probably work a bit better: 4x7 (28 total reps), 5x6 (30 total reps), 4x8 (32 total reps), 5x7 (35), 4x9 (36), 5x8 (40), 4x10 (40)

Good improvements though. :)

Thanks guys, I'm trying.

Steven, I understand what you are saying.  I have been trying to increase my 5xReps so that eventually I will get 8 in a row.
Ocassionally I will GTG for 50, 80 or 100 or more in a day.  Mixing it up (reps and sets) is key, I understand.
However, somedays, like yesterday really burned mucles and joints and I'm still feeling it so I think I was wise not to add GTG yesterday.
My thoughts were trying to complete at least 3x my goal of 8, so at least 24 each time on higher rep loads; while much more on lower rep GTG.
Don't forget I've been doing max weighted ocasionally as well; unfortunately, I still have not gotten that clapping pullup yet, but I did get the clapping pushups the other day.

Other note about yesterday's workout about the double unders.
I just purchased that morning from Home Depot 11ft of 1/4" white poly braided rope.  Hitched a handle into each end for total length of 9.5ft.
The rope is priced at 17 cents / ft so it only cost $2 but it works much better than my everlast poly and my plastic speed rope (both have bearing handles).
Double unders were much easier with this rope as were singles and crossovers.

Today is a rest day as I feel like someone kicked my arse and every other body part, but as someone else said, my last digit of my third toe from the left on my right foot feels GREAT.

Well I got 8 pullups earlier than I expected and now hope to get 9 in a row by year's end although that may be pushing it a bit fast.
Oly lifts are getting cleaner at 45#, time to bump it up to 50 on the squat snatch.
The gym I go to is redoing the whole floor with new 3/8" rubber matting and I was given ok to take old matting for my home gym since they were just going to throw it away.
I got about 100 linear feet at about 5 or 6 foot wide and built a great oly lifting area with it and still have a bunch to spare for a garage later.
Now I just need to get some bumper plates after xmas.  Along with the climbing rope, rings, trampoline, jump rope and some dumbells the home gym is coming along well, but will I have the incentive to work out at home more often and drop the gym altogether?
