Feeling sluggish today, probably not enough good fats in my diet. Hamstrings were tight and sore yesterday and had a lot of allergies in the past three days.  Hope for improvement in strength and functionality in two days.

This has been the closest thing to a rest week I've had in a couple years. 
Mostly been doing home improvements, painting, cleaning, organizing, hauling and hurting all over, so it's all good.
Will workout at Keven's today and post later.

   At Keven's gym
   warmup: skip 1:00, pvc stretches
   run 800m, 21x65# thrusters, 15 pullups
   run 600m, 18x65# thrusters, 12 pullups
   run 400m, 15x65# thrusters, 9 pullups
   time: 31:20
             108f outside and in garage and humid as heck; can't wait for winter to set a bunch of PRs

   left calf and lower left back/hip sore 2 days later
   
6-Aug   mu -18# x3; haven't been working these enough but they feel a bit better, would like 5 in a row
   ps+ohs+bs+pj 95#x3; went light, working on form, needs more work toward full squat snatch
   c&j 135#x3; form feeling good, 135 feeling really light today, should try 155 in two days again

   5 rounds: sprint 20sec, pullups, 24" box jumps, pushups; 66 reps
   half of the reps in first round and half of all were pullups, box jumps slowest
   My original idea of 6 rounds added 5th rest station.  Work your station until sprinter returns then shift stations.
   But one of our team of 5 decided to do his own thing, so we removed the rest which was a bad idea..
   It should have been like a quad tabata for 6 rounds in 10 minutes but energy declined rapidly without rest.
