then 3 rounds: hot tub followed by a lap in the pool

alternating with 8x5 mu -80# - almost ready for -65#

FS were a2a, prev. pr of 190 but much better form now, could have done more but just exhausted from mu and time for work.

Forgot to add a shoulder press of 135, felt really heavy,
need to work handstand pushups more as well.

I'm not sure how much the one-arm muscle-ups can help if you scale them to nearly 0% bodyweight, but if you could ever manage to do a OAMU, unassisted, that'd be awesome!

whiteninja:  I was trying to determine if I had a mucle imbalance, as I seem to be struggling with my right arm a bit earlier than my left when closing on exhaustion.  I will give it a go for a month and hope for some improvement although the total weight moved is miniscule, it also allows me to get in between weight stops available on the gravitron.  I agree it would look awesome to be able to pull it off though.
