First full Helen after 10 months of xfit, was expecting 13 minutes, but I did get each round unbroken - kipping pullups and all.

Was planning a rest day (every other day) but had community service shoveling gravel and wheel-barowing a big pile.
Then off to the park for a bbq and they had a pullup bar their so I challenged everyone from work there.

pullups:  2+19(PR+1)+15+12+10+2 = 60

next closest person had 16 ;)

Still easing back into it...

2 each: HSPU, OHSQ, Pushup, Pullup
and some cross pullout work with mini stretch band looped over pullup bar.

Also did some upper back work with light band yesterday.

And yet still easing back in for 4 more days of light exercise....

4 each: HSPU (very limited ROM), OHSQ (really want to add weight), Pullups, Pushups (will double every two days for the next week)

2x10 each of cross pullouts with light and then mini jumpstretch band hung over pullup bar (that was intensely difficult with the light band - really shaking).  I think this will help me develop some initial strength before I use the bands as assist on the rings in a couple months.

Will do more band work on upper back and chest thruout the day.

interspersed with eagle loop pullups 5x4fingers, 5x2x3fingers, 2x2fingers ouch

row 500m 2:12 just exhausted before this
a long dip in the hot tub afterward

skip 200 singles, 10 doubles and a bunch of crossovers ~5:00
3x16+3 pullups, pushups, body bar OHS

I wanted a light day and this just kicked my ... but I am glad I got 3x16
goal for next week is to get to 3x17 (51/day) which I feel is easily doable, but I want to stick with that for a while until it feels easy
then I will start to ramp up to 100/day slowly

having a bit of pain in my hand from OHS, will have to lay off of them for a while

Other goals:
 - bwt under 200#, @ 204 today
 - a single muscle up
 - 2 full range handstand pushups - can do only one now
 - 20 pullups in a row - I think I have it in me now, will probably test that theory next week
 - one arm chin - will keep working the typewriter pullups and eagle loops with two fingers
 - squat snatch 95# - currently at 75#
 - 3+ reps tgu 45# - currently 2x 42.5#
