Didn't do much today, other than APK warm up and WOD. Some house exercises are starting to get more difficult than they wore before, maybe I should slow down a little?

First meet up with my Parkour crew. Met some new friends, lots of fun. Lots of biking, lots of excersice, lots of practice. Repitition is indeed key. Areas to work on: Precision Jumps, Kong Vaults, absense of fear. Focus and strength not seeming to be a major factor for me.

What are House exercises?

Also - don't forget rest days! This might be why they were seeming harder. Take a day off every 2 or 3.

Keep up the great work!

House exercise is unconventional workouts using stuff like your stairs and couches and stuff. Doing some quadrapedal movement up and down the stairs was what was getting harder than usual.

Took a break today, as was advised. Recovery is key. Didn't want to loose it all though so I kept sharp by doing some simple vaults. Bashed my knee on a kong, didn't lift legs up high enough. Recovering nicely, will take note next time.
