My fellow Ithaca traceuse gave me the nickname "Skipper" one day, before she knew it was your's. Is it okay if I keep it?

If I make it out to the (B)east coast jam, will you give me a hug?

What was the happiest day of your life, to date?

What is your favorite spot to train?

And what 3 books and songs would you recommend people read or listen to? (Non-fiction or fiction)

How did you know Linnie was the one?

What is your favorite aspect of the parkour community?

Why are you so picky about the temperature in your "office" *coughclosetcough*?

Favorite training-style? (i.e. conditioning, tricking/goofing off in a gym, efficiency, etc.)

How weird is Andy?

...and finally, how much wood would a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Umm...

What's your favorite part of being in the Alliance?

Do you ever feel like a superhero for being in "The Alliance?"

Would you ever 'compete' in parkour?

There are times when you want to break down and rage at the heavens. Don't. Stay calm, and let the emotions flood in, accept them and then rise above them. Never dwell. Don't fear or worry. Anything worth thinking about is worth talking about. And... Good luck.

Skip, what is your favorite part about working at Primal? Friday fridays, pizza tacos, cassidy's singing?

matcauthon12-How do you get your piked fronts to look so sexy?

6 Years of diving, flexibility, and being made up of 40% killer abs.

shawn7656-what is your favorite exercise and why?

what is your favorite move to drill?

FAVORITE SUPER HERO?!?!?!?!?!

My Favorite Exercise would probably be Bat-Hang Pull ups. Developed by Primal Fitness Clients, its where you hang from a pull-up bar from one arm, and hold a kettle bell in the other hand, and lift the kettle bell up to the bar, and let it back down. it was created after people saw the latest Batman movie, and thought it must be hard to hang from a building with one arm and lift a person to the top of the building with the other arm.......

they were right.

My favorite move would be Front Flip Precisions. Fun, scary, but for some reason I keep landing them.

favorite Super Hero would have to be Byclops. Hes the Super hero with glasses!

Rebecca Myers-My fellow Ithaca traceuse gave me the nickname "Skipper" one day, before she knew it was your's. Is it okay if I keep it?

If I make it out to the (B)east coast jam, will you give me a hug?

What was the happiest day of your life, to date?

You may keep it, as long as you cite your sources whenever the name is used :)
Yes, nobody should be denied a hug for any reason.
Happiest day would when I proposed to my girlfriend. I had a scuba diver with a 'marry me' sign under water at the aquarium in Las Vegas, nobody saw it coming, but it made pretty much everyone happy.

Bao-Why?

'Cuz

Ashley McCauley-What is your favorite spot to train?

And what 3 books and songs would you recommend people read or listen to? (Non-fiction or fiction)

Favorite spot to train would be Great Falls national park in VA. Years ago I would go there and train by myself, but since then its caught on and nobody can resist some good ol' fashioned natural training!

My 3 books:
Steven Colbert: I am America (and so can you!)
Art of War by SunTzu
Where's Waldo (Can't resist a good mystery!!)

My 3 Songs:
Brother Ali: Uncle Sam Goddamn
Kid Cudi: Up Up & Away
Eric Hutchinson: Rock & Roll

Andy Keller-How did you know Linnie was the one?

What is your favorite aspect of the parkour community?

Why are you so picky about the temperature in your "office" *coughclosetcough*?

I knew Linnie was the one when I let out a huge fart in front of her for the first time, and she did nothing but laugh her ass off for a good 5 minutes. Sorry to be crass, thats just being honest  ;D

My Favorite aspect of the community would have to be mutual respect. I've never traveled within the country and not felt welcome in some stranger's house that I only know through an internet forum, its quite astounding the amount of trust we all have for eachother.... bravo people.

Im not picky about the temperature in my office, I just dont like it to be any more or less than 72 Degrees at all times. If you mess with my heater, I will kill you after I come out of my anxiety attack.

Jordan Strybos-Favorite training-style? (i.e. conditioning, tricking/goofing off in a gym, efficiency, etc.)

How weird is Andy?

...and finally, how much wood would a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

My favorite training style would be goofing off in a gym. I've done enough serious training in my life and really love tapping into the fun side of all this. Its become more of a stress relief to me these days.

A lot weird.

IF, and thats a big IF, a woodchuck could chuck said wood, I think he would only be capable of chucking an amount of wood proportionate to his bodyweight. The question leaves out a lot of variables needed to answer the question, like, how long does this woodchuck have to chuck that wood, and, as per my first point, how much does this woodchuck weigh. All of these things need to be taken into consideration before answering such a broad question. Please take your time to revise the question and present it in such a way that is acceptable to the American testing standards. Thanks :)

Anthony Phonis Serafano-Sup?

Yo dawg

Spencer B-What's your favorite part of being in the Alliance?

Do you ever feel like a superhero for being in "The Alliance?"

Would you ever 'compete' in parkour?

Favorite part of being on the Alliance is the family mentality. All of these guys are my brothers that I can count on for just about anything, and thats pretty much unmatched anywhere else I've ever been in my life.

I do feel like a super hero, but not because im on The Alliance... its because I'm a super hero.

I have competed. First ever Barclaycard World Freerun Championships. Got 5th, I was stoked.

Casquinha-How do they sucker you guys into doing these interviews?

Lots and lots of gummi worms. Hey, they know my weaknesses. And I pretty much do anything Ozzi tells me to do.

Travis Graves-Skip, what is your favorite part about working at Primal? Friday fridays, pizza tacos, cassidy's singing?

Least Favorite = Cassidy's singing, Most Favorite = Friday Fridays. Pizza Tacos are a close second, and people stealing my stuff is a distant 3rd.

Thanks guys for asking the questions! if you have any more, shoot me an email at Skipper@americanparkour.com

Train hard and come to (B)East Coast 2010!!!
