WAKE THE F*** UP!

Yeah, it's snowing and you can barely see out your window.  SO WHAT?!  You are officially instructed to do the following:

Squats: as many as you can do in 2 minutes

Rest 1 min

Push-ups: as many as you can do in 2 minutes

Rest 1 min

Sit-ups: as many as you can do in 3 minutes (suck it up, do the extra minute)

THIS SHOULD BE FUN!!!! If you've been inside for 4-5 days, this simple task should be simpler than executing a ninja master.
How can I be so skinny and live so phat???

cabin fever already? man, go out and shovel a block or two...

it works like a charm  8)

also highly recommended: try 5 snow burpees, dive rolls on each side, and run in untouched snow. And finish your routine with a leg stretch while you sip hot chocolate  ;D

Haha wow, I saw this thread title as I was watching this parkour vid. And in the song to the vid it says "Shut the F*** Up" alot of times so I thought it was ironic and I should post it lol
