Some questions.

I was wondering you guys know any like around the house excerize's? Like show some pictures also, cause sometimes its hard to understand what your saying? Like I heard the handstand wall thing... I think you just put your feet on the wall and blah blah/// But more like the Cobra style? Whats that I heard some 1 post it... and other streches....lil workouts etc.. (Sit-ups and crunches I already no.) But you guys no anything els I should be working on? name some etc.. I want to start a journel :)
[Some that are good for me.. Im 15 and weigh around 130 something 134 etc...]

www.bodyweightculture.com is good if you sign up, and they have an exercise dropdown menu on the main site.

There's this amazing site that has bodyweight workouts that can be performed at home with minimal equipment. It also has descriptions (both video and photo) included in the workout of the day. To top it off, it has a comments section where you can post any qustions about substitutions and scaling...if I could only remember the link...

Just in case you actually are lost and can't take a hint gear is talking about this site. http://www.americanparkour.com/content/view/846/249/  Theres todays WOD.  Although I guess he could be talking about crossfit as well or something else.  But thats my best guess.
