Sorry man, I'm from saratoga  :P But I'm pretty sure there are some people up there who'll be happy to train with you. Try SCLPK.org

BTW there's a specific Utah thread for this.
A state of mind when you are performing a physical movement that is neither too simple or too complex. Your focus rules out all other mental processes, your mind has no time for words, worries, or distractions. There is only timing, spatial awareness, and the feeling of satisfaction as you land

Look in the local discussion thread. Thats the place for this.
“Run your fingers through my soul. For once, just once, feel exactly what I feel, believe what I believe, perceive as I perceive, look, experience, examine, and for once; just once, understand."

Im trying to start a class for people who want to learn Parkour at my Gymnastics Gym. Class will start as soon as we get some interest. What should I do to get the word out? Classes will be on week days before 3 PM. And Saturday could be for open jam time, from 10:00 to Noon.

You could start by telling people what gym it is  ;)

Looking for some local talent for a commercial involving a teen doing some PK.  Would love to know of any groups that train/work/trick together.
