Is that you in the picture?? Because, I don't think someone like has motivation issues o__O

Anyway, same here. I'm telling myself to condition during cold weather, but I'm not doing much (if at all). Think of your goal as a challenge, and if you don't reach it you're a loser who has no life. ;) train safe

Every persons motivation is different, but it seems for me the hard part is just committing to leave my house, from there it's a blast. I'd say the best way to make sure you get up and go is to both schedule(have a set time, don't just go whenever your free because you will never be completely free) and set goals (if there is something specific you are working towards it gives you something specific to go do.
I'd love to help!

Lol, ok. Well everyone needs constant motivation since parkour is a lifetime discipline. I get my motivation from just plugging parkour into my life. That means practicing, conditioning randomly whenever I can think of parkour. I don't actually go in a certain scheduled time of the day and spend 2 hours drilling techniques; I jump in it whenever I feel like it, and in my experience, that "whenever I feel like it" increases with the increase in your skill range. I like parkour training way more now because I can actually kong well, lol. I hope this helps you :)

My solution is simple. listen to music. I'm not sure what you listen to but I would suggest anything with a good beat. I like Run-D.M.C.

Totally get some goals!!!!

What moves are you working on? How high is your vertical leap? Is your power unimaginable?

Other things that can help:

-Getting encouragement. Is there anybody to cheer for you? We will if you post about the cool crap you are doing.

-Help show others things or learn from those who are more advanced then you.

-Find new environments or new things you could do in the places that you already train.

-Make vids

-Try opposite side maneuvers

-Go to gymnastics Open Gym if it is available where you live.

That's all I can think of for now...

O, and get a pic of your self. That's awful tricky lol.  :P

Konging low stuff is stupid. Just jump over it. Or just do a cool flip over it.

You could expand your musical horizons to get something with a better beat...

There is actually some really good Jazz.  ;D

Most of HUs stuff has good beats, Undead is a good example.
And if you're a geek like me, you might like mc chris if you can get past his voice. :D

be competitive with yourself if that makes sense, challenge your self and write down your goals where you can see them.
