5 squats at 280 is really awesome for your BW.  Awesome job man!

Your overhead press, however, needs improvement ;)

Agree very much. I'm kind of jealous as my max squat is only ~1.5 my BW myself. (245)

There are times when you want to break down and rage at the heavens. Don't. Stay calm, and let the emotions flood in, accept them and then rise above them. Never dwell. Don't fear or worry. Anything worth thinking about is worth talking about. And... Good luck.

Day 2. So Amazing

Back Squat
5X135#
5X185#
5X223#
5X223#
5X223#

Overhead Press
5X95#
5X95#
5X95#

Deadlift
5X135#
5X185#
5X235#

This was so easy that I almost cried. Then I realized that I can't cry because it would make the world so sad that it would probably melt. So I told the world to do it for me. As the rain fell to the ground outside the window I pondered life, the stock market, and the meaning of being a baller. It's incredible to be so fantastically powerful.

Thanks for your comments everyone, it's for you that I lift these heavy things and then set them down again. ;)

Day 3. And Then The Minds, Oh How They Were Blown

Squat
5X185#
5X235#
17X250

Press
5X85#
5X95#
5X105#

Deadlift
5X215#
5X250#
7X285#

I have to admit I cheated a little bit today. When I was doing my Presses I started just pushing the Earth down under my body instead of just lifting the bar over my head. I know I'm just cheating myself but sometimes it's hard not to. Plus all the phone calls from China get annoying..."Oh, prease Mr. Frosti, stop morving the Earth, you make-a so many Earthquake here we can't make any more toy for the chirdren." And I've got to think of the children, it is the Holiday season after all.

Day 4 - Could it be, our Hero in Danger?!?

Squat
5X205#
5X255#
5X275#

Bench Press
5X135#
5X165#
3X185#

They say every great warrior experiences defeat at some point. For me I'd say I just really wanted to try it because I never had. So I didn't finish all my reps, who's to say that I even wanted to. Maybe I really DID want to go to this meeting and those last two reps(and other exercise I was supposed to do) just had to wait(they did). Most of all I think it's important to try new things, to push oneself to experience more out of life. Not being perfect was a new experience for me and I feel closer to the average human being now. So thank you world of the ordinary, for accepting me as one of your own, even though I am different you reached out to me with open arms and let me into your home. It was lovely and now that I have tried it I think I'm going to take back to the skies and carry a new perspective with me, and maybe, just maybe, someday I'll come back to visit.

Day 5 - Straight Side Kickin' It With Tha Homies

OHP
5X105#
5X115#
4X125#

Squat
5X225#
5X275#
5X305#

Deadlift
5X235#
5X285#
4X325#

Friendship. It's just so goddamn beautiful. Today I watched another man and his beautiful body moving in delicious way. It just got me so excited...ABOUT LIFTING! We did so much lifting it was super sexy. We lifted big weights and small weights, and medium weights too. Just kidding about the small ones, THEY WERE ALL SUPER HEAVY BECAUSE WE ARE CRAZY STRONG!!!!!!!

Sometimes having someone there just makes you more powerful and today was one of those days. Just like my muscles work together to produce incredible abilities when Zac and I worked together to be unbelievably strong we're just able to do things that make faces melt like provolone in paninis.

Thanks Zac, you're a peach.  :-*

Day 1 of Frosti Takes It To the Limit

OHP
Max: 137.2#

Broad Jump
Max: 111.5" (9' 3.5" Toe to Heel)

Could I have done better? Of course. But maxing out when you have an endless source of awesome bursting out from your very core being can take quite some time. So yes, I did take it a little easy, but it is a long week and there are many test left to prove myself upon. This is only the beginning and world shall hear my cry and it will echo from the mountain tops and ripple through the seas, and when you hear it ring in your soul you shall know me and realize that which has been foretold.

Almond Pocky FTW.

AutoTune My Giant Muscles

Deadlift
3X195#
3X225#
13X255#

No that was not a typo, indeed I did do the last set for 13. There was a moment between setting down the weight for the last time and regaining full awareness of my surroundings where I lost my connection to the world in front of my. A distant image stood on the other side of a screen of warped glass that was my perception. My thoughts focused in on my body and it's functions, checking and updating the status of each piece and reporting back to the main processing center. And then the everything checkout fine and I was back, all systems go. But it was a moment of self realization of rather than my body being aware of my thoughts and actions but instead my mind being aware of my body's concerns and duties. I think I might keep doing this lifting stuff...
