Thanks for pointing that out. That was completely by accident. I'll edit this post with an update.

I REALLY want to ask some questions, but I just can't think of any three. If it's okay I'll maybe ask four...? If not you can skip my last one.

Do you think you should include information about swing time in your "Approach to Proper Running Technique"? It's something that was never mentioned and I've recently had to figure it out for myself as I always had much too slow of a swing time for an actually good running form.

Is it possible body type could affect heavily the ability to run long distances?

What's the furthest you've ever ran in one shot?

To be honest I haven't given swing time much of a thought. However, I'm currently in the process of re-writing my article and I'll do some research on wing time to see if it should be included.

Your question on body type is too vague to answer directly. Obviously body type is going to have an impact on how long you can run due to variations in mass, lever length, fiber type ratios, etc. Perhaps you can ask your question in a more specific way?

The furthest I've ever ran in one shot was 10 miles, mostly just to see if I could do it.

Uhh, for number two, I meant mainly if weight or physical build would actively affect ability to run.like someone who is heavier than average, or maybe someone with a larger body structure.
