i NEED a gym to parkour in.i live in west valley/slc any help?
What is hell...without a little fire?

There are a number of gyms that you can train in, if you visit redplatypusparkour.blogspot.com to the right is a Google calendar with every parkour class, jam or open gymnastics area that I could find so far. I'm going to be including the open gymnastics for Arete (the time for the parkour class has not yet been determined, I called today 5/21 to check but they said it hasn't been scheduled yet. Open gym is only for those under the age of 14), but I know that American Fork Fitness Center has a class, as does Gymcats Gymnastics (as well as open gym). If you have any questions, my email and phone number are on the site and you can contact me and I'll help you find a gym. (I also teach on @ednesdays and Thursdays outside in the American Fork, PG, Lehi area). See you there.

Open gym at Arete is for all ages. not just for 14 year olds.
