So what's your favorite exercise? What kind of work outs do you use to get such broad jumps? And what about zombies... do you think Parkour skills are going to be useful if/when zombies attack?

DO you have a trick for not wrecking your knees when you land laterally rotating tricks such as the sideflip?

How do you stay motivated to keep training, especially when you've been failing a lot, or just feeling like you're not progressing?

First of let me say that I'm not the greatest at this because I haven't been doing it to long and I feel that my upper body is the weakest part of me and since I messed up my knee I can't really do anything for a while. So I figured now would be the best time to work on my upper body. Any clues on what I can do besides push-up types of work outs? By the way I don't have any dumbbells or anything of that matter. So please. Help a poor fellow out..lol.
Thank you for your time Leon.

Also curious about your broad jump, what is the max measured distance you have and do you do any specific training for it,if so what?
How did you get started on parkour?

I think after the thread is done q's answered it shouldn't be deleted, you should save it or something as a sweet reference, too cool to be deleted haha  8)

It's great that we're asking all of these questions!

However, we do want to respect Leon's time. If the answer to your question could be found elsewhere, try there first. I believe the purpose of this thread is to ask questions relevant to the athlete being interviewed. ;)

Hey I just wanted to know three things, how fast can you run a mile, how many push ups can you do and how long can you hold a handstand, thanks for your time! :)

Leonn, do you feel the love?

How often to you train? And for how long? What's your training/conditioning routine like in general? After or before school/work, what, how, when? Just pretty much how you go about getting your training in?

Can I have a sumo re-match?
Maybe with legit referees/spectators that notice your foot go out of the ring.

Also, Leon, do you have any questions for me?

Thanks.
