i need a good work out program for training every muscle i will use for parkour

so if u guys could rite one up that would b a big help

Hi, I havent seen you aroud the forums so welcome to American Parkour.

A good workout can be found on the main website page. It is called the workout of the day (or WOD) and it is changed up every day.
