invaders workout/training log

Okay here is my log of my daily day before school, and on the weekends. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now, and i am already seeing progress in my muscles, mainly my abs.


Nutrition
- 1 Apple a day
- no soda
- peanut butter sandwich
- 3 glasses of water
- as much greens as i can find in the fridge  :P


Stretches
- start off with left arm behind head hold for 10 second then right arm 10 second
- then i put them behind back 10 second on each arm
- 10 second toe touches
- 10 second one leg squat on each leg
- 10 second bridge
- 10 seconds with my leg straight out in front of me as straight and high as possible do both legs.
- then i finish off 10 more seconds of toe touch


Workout
-20 reps of 36 pounds benching.
-10 reps of 36 pounds behind my head.
-20 push-ups
-20 exercise bands curls
-20 on each arm bands left and right arm (not sure what the workout bands are called, but its same as exercise bands just shorter bungee).
-7 pull-ups



As for goals, I want to be able to do at least 10 push-ups easily. And seeing im new , there is a very nice wall by my house, its about 10ft and i can get my body all the way up. Ive been trying it for about 3 days, and i cant seem to pull myself up to stand up. So my goal is to be able to conquer the wall! :P
