august 21 /09 my first day of parkour
my friend got me into parkour i went out and trained with him for 6 hours. I first did 10 latches on a tree which by the end really hurt my hands. Then we jogged a few km to a school and i learned to Kong. After learning to Kong we ran into a forest where i did some more kongs i also did a wall run. we did 50 jumps up onto a platform. after all this I konged a picnic table, and worked on balance. The next day all my muscles were really tired. This was my first Day of Parkour.
