Whenever I try QM for any extended period of time (longer than 10 seconds >.<) my left wrist starts to hurt, like I twisted it or something. I think it has to do with when I broke it 2 years ago really badly, I dunno if it's that I ever really got back the muscles or if it's always gonna be like that. It always goes away after 3 or 4 minutes so it's nothing too big. Whenever I move it up or down it makes a small popping noise, not sure if that's significant or not though...
Any advice you guys can give me on gaining muscle there, or somehow stopping the pain from happening would be greatly appreciated...
