Brooks Dyad 3----excellent shock absorption but that lacks in necessary traction for any lot movements requiring that you plant feet into the wall. Should you be just operating and getting they work fine, but if you ever need in order to latch onto the surface of the ground pertaining to anything your traction isn't the very best.

I was thinking which footwear have the most grip, for walls and other going up the kind runs? My sight are on the ariake and the five-ten freerunning, Has anyone tried the five hundreds, if so how do they evaluate to other footwear. And also what are your opinions on the ariake

Hi,
I got a nike air max pegasus 28 but because of its flexibility when I am doing cat leaps feet especially the small toe is really hurting because it's not protected with leather or something ti has just cotton on the outside of the shoe. What shoes do you recommend preferably something that I can buy from europe. What do you think about the five ten free runners

Saucony men's Grid Spectrum
Cost about 60 bucks each time

nice grip, master a wall run and you'll be fine

I'm sporting me some Avia's. These things are amazing and they only cost about $30.

I recently got a pair of adipure toe shoes, they are much like vibrams. But I was wondering before I go out on my own and try them if anyone knows or has experience with toe shoes? Area they good? Or not? Any onsite is greatly appreciated  :D

I don't know about that specific brand of toe shoes. I have a pair of vibrams that I love because of the extreme minimalism but I've seen several other brands of toe shoes that were fairly padded which defeats the purpose of them being toe shoes haha.

Anyway, the one thing you have to watch out for with toe shoes is getting your toes caught on something. In my experience it's an extremely small concern but I also trained barefoot prior to owning vibrams. You just need to be conscious of what your toes are doing in moves like wall runs and cat leaps. The grip on vibrams is great, but I can't speak for the other brand.

Also if you're unused to training barefoot be careful not to hurt your feet. They might not be strong enough at first to handle a lot of training without support (which is actually a problem caused by wearing padded shoes, go figure) so just take it easy and see how it feels.

What about kung fu shoes?  I'm talking about the slip-on kind you see on Amazon, not Feiyues (which I also hear are good, but I hear the Tiger Claw brand aren't as good as Pine Tree- it seems to be a solidity thing & a chemical smell thing).

Looks good in shape, but the sole looks a bit thick for my taste.  Anyone use indoor soccer shoes?  Or basketball shoes?  Those seem to be the same thing, but with a higher ankle.

are those feiyue shoes any good to use?  i see someone said they only last 2-3 months, should i just consider using a different shoe then?  i use them already in kung fu so i have a few pairs but i don't want to use them if they'll wear down fast  ???

No, Feiyues are totally worth it, they are cheap and get the job done good, you honestly won't find anything as cheap and affective besides your own foot.
