Hello my name is shadowfax, im new here...
Since I'm new to parkour and this site, I would like to know how exactly to get started. I am in reasonably good shape, but have not practiced any parkour. Are there any exercises or moves I should try to master first before I move on to anyhting else.
(I'm sure this is somewhere else in the forum, because i cant possibly be the first person to ask this, but when I searched, nothing came up. I am also sorry if this is in the wrong category, I looked where to put it and I couldn't find anything more adequate.)
