So, might as well start logging what I'm up to. Now, I've never actually done any sort of workouts outside of high school gym class, so bear with me here. I've only been sticking with basic exercises that I know. I've seen a lot of different exercises while browsing around the site, but there's so many that it rather intimidates me at this point. Anyways, here's the little that I can do and my current goals.

:Edit: I'm 6'1'' and about 160 lbs. Thin build.

June 20, 2009:

Squats: 40 (could have maybe popped out a couple more)

Push-Ups: 15 (couldn't possibly get out another)

Sit-Ups: 30 (could have maybe popped out a few more)


Goals:

Squats: 60

Push-Ups: 30

Sit-Ups: 50

Get some sort of bar to do Pull-Ups and such on. Got nothing right now.

As soon as it stops raining for once for the past week, get some running done.




If anyone's got any advice they could give, that'd be great.

June 22, 2009:

Squats: 40

Push-Ups: 20

Sit-Ups: 40

Walked outside for a bit, didn't record it though, due to a bad mood. Walked around the mall looking for a friend for about half an hour or so as well.

Yay for improvement though! Pushed myself a little harder today. I should keep on keepin on!
