First time I'm doing this so it will fall pretty short.
Goals for this summer:
~Work on wallruns
~10 sec. Handstand (w/o wall)
~Muscle ups
~Get my abs more figured out..:P

My daily workout:
It differs everyday, but usually
~20-25 push ups
~10-15 pull ups
~Sit ups or a few L-sits (as long as possible)

That's it for the first time..I'll expand it sometimes with more details.
