Warm up- 100m freestyle

Workout- worked on some drills and starts, then moved on to flip turns. It usually take people 3 lessons to learn them, I got it in 10 min.  :) I guess training flips and handstands really helped my body awareness. Tired.

Cooldown- 50m with flip turns.

I might go workout later, lift some weights or something.
I eat a lot of food.

First day of swim practice... awesome.

Warmup- 3 sets of 150m. 100m freestyle and 50m kick in streamline position.

Workout- Drills for 50m each. Then we worked on sprinting 50m off the block for all four strokes.

Cooldown- Stretching and a short run.

I'll probably hit up some lighter weights today also, just because I don't want to be sore for tomorrow's practice.
I eat a lot of food.

Kick set: 6 100m dolphin kick on 2:00 followed by 4 100m backstroke kick
